In this role, you will implement and manage agile processes, practices, and tools to create consistent, reusable, and flexible methodologies. You will facilitate meetings, forecast deliverables, create development plans, and maintain compliance. This is a remote, full-time position offering a generous salary and bonus opportunities.
Requirements
Must Haves
- 3+ years spent implementing technology projects and agile methodologies in an IT or software company; experience leading associated change management efforts
- Excellent computer proficiency with advanced Jira and Confluence skills
- Hands-on software development experience
- Ability to read and interpret a project plan
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- High school diploma
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
