In this role, you will manage a production team focused on fraud and disputes research, resolution, and recovery to drive operational efficiency and enhance client satisfaction. This is a hybrid, full-time position offering a generous salary and quarterly bonus opportunities and is located in beautiful Tempe, Arizona.

Requirements

Must Haves

  • 3+ years of experience with fraud and disputes claims researching and processing
  • Minimum 1 year Operations Management (call center workforce management, back-office processing) experience including managing people
  • Subject Matter Expertise in Reg E, Reg Z, card network rules and regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; comfortable working with agility and building processes in a rapidly changing and growing organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients/vendors
  • High school diploma

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience managing a business process optimization (BPO) or vendors preferred
  • Associate’s degree
