Our niche is financial fraud and disputes, and our software, QFD®, is the product that we sell to financial institutions. When we operate as intended, we better process our clients’ requests and the shifting industry demands as we seek changes for our product. We create a better onboarding experience and support our clients better as we track metrics that assist in how QFD® and our clients are performing.

For Quavo, QFD® is our software, but for our clients, QFD® is a tool that will assist them in their own operational excellence journey.
