Quavo Inc. is seeking an innovative and strategic Operational/Technical Transformational Leader to serve as the primary resource for optimizing operational efficiency and technical performance across internal and client teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Quavo’s cutting-edge technology is leveraged to its fullest potential, aligning teams with recommended best practices to streamline workloads, reduce operational expenses, and enhance overall performance.
The successful candidate will drive transformation by balancing regulatory compliance, loss mitigation, and account holder satisfaction, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include:
- Act as the central resource for Quavo’s Client Processing and Account Management teams, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of Quavo’s technology solutions.
- Assess and refine operational workflows, identifying opportunities to implement best practices that maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to align technology usage with Quavo’s strategic goals and industry standards.
- Monitor and manage operational expenses, delivering cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or compliance.
- Proactively address regulatory requirements, ensuring all processes meet legal and industry standards while mitigating financial and operational risks.
- Drive initiatives to enhance account holder satisfaction through optimized processes and responsive technical support.
- Provide leadership, training, and guidance to Quavo’s Processing and Account Management teams, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in Quavo’s operational vision.
- Analyze performance metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement, delivering actionable insights and transformation strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in operational leadership, technical transformation, or a related field, with a track record of driving efficiency and change management.
- Strong understanding of technology implementation and optimization within operational environments.
- Advanced proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to balance cost management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
- Knowledge of financial services, regulatory frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP) preferred
