In this role, you will provide strategic direction and leadership for three departments (Managed Services (dispute resolution), PMO (new client implementation/onboarding and projects) and Support Services (first level engagement for client issues). You will define and execute service delivery vision and strategy aligned with Quavo’s business goals; manage the financial performance of the division and position it for continued growth by building scalable operations; collaborate with Product to ensure service offerings leverage the latest SaaS technology for dispute management; oversee delivery of services to ensure quality and achievement of SLAs/metrics; and build and maintain strong relationships with clients, with regular engagement for escalations and governance matters. The VP, Services is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational excellence with Quavo’s award-winning SaaS solutions for dispute management. Requirements
Must Haves
- 10+ years of experience in service management/operations management, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience in a SaaS or technology company, ideally including leadership of a dispute management function
- Proven track record leading large, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and scaling service delivery operations to support continued growth
- Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, service delivery operations, and project management methodologies
- Experience with fraud & disputes (ideal) or banking compliance, regulatory issues, and data security within service industries
- High school diploma
