Quavo, an innovative, trailblazing fintech company, is recruiting for a VP of Product Management.
In this role, you will provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and guidance for 4 department directors (Product Delivery, Product Architecture, Quality Assurance, and Data & AI). You will define and execute the product management vision and strategy aligned with Quavo’s business goals, manage staffing, resource allocation, and succession planning, oversee product delivery to ensure quality, timeliness, and scalability; and monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to maintain a leadership position in the market and ensure products are meeting and anticipating user needs. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive pay, generous benefits, and is fully remote.
Requirements
Must Haves
- 10+ years of experience in product management leadership roles, preferably within the SaaS or fintech space
- Strong track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and driving cross-functional collaboration
- Expertise in product delivery, architecture, quality assurance, and/or AI-driven solutions
- Comfortable with rapid growth and change with the capacity to scale teams in a dynamic environment
- High school diploma
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience with banking, regulatory compliance, or payment disputes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
