Requirements

Must Haves

  • 3+ years of experience with fraud and disputes claims researching and processing
  • Minimum 1 year Operations Management (call center workforce management, back-office processing) experience including managing people
  • Subject Matter Expertise in Reg E, Reg Z, card network rules and regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; comfortable working with agility and building processes in a rapidly changing and growing organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients/vendors
  • High school diploma

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience managing a business process optimization (BPO) or vendors preferred
  • Associate’s degree

In this role, you will own high-level client interactions and relationships. Serving as a member of the revenue team, you’ll stay aligned with clients’ strategic objectives and drive their overall growth. You will lead various meetings such as cross-functional reviews, account strategy sessions, business reviews, and advise clients on product adoption and best practices. You’ll manage and report on client references requests, P&L, sentiment, and work with leadership to prioritize enhancement and configuration changes for your customers. This is a remote, full-time position offering a generous base salary, bonus, and commission opportunities. Travel will be required in this role to client sites across the U.S. (25-30%)

Requirements

Must Haves

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a client-facing role OR relevant fraud and disputes operational management experience with a desire to get into sales/client management
  • History building successful customer and/or stakeholder relationships at an enterprise level
  • Work experience with fraud, disputes, and/or compliance in a financial, fintech, processing, or related company
  • Capacity to develop deep insights about clients’ operations and provide detailed coaching
  • Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and achieving goals; ability to impart success to clients and create executable plans for internal teams to drive areas of improvement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to exude excitement, stability, and maturity when representing Quavo
  • High school diploma

In this role, you will serve as a point of contact for clients throughout their customer lifecycle. You will triage incoming defects, drive out configuration requirements, and partner with the support development team to facilitate advanced remediation, enhancements, and code changes. Leveraging your product knowledge and expertise in claims, fraud, and disputes, you will ensure software solutions align with client’s industry specific needs and challenges. You will lead internal stand-up calls, report on client scorecard metrics to leadership, and drive client satisfaction by ensuring effective tracking and relationship management procedures. Requirements

Must Haves

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Claims Superuser in fintech, banking, or a related industry; claims experience with fraud and disputes knowledge required
  • Demonstrated experience with the full product development lifecycle with an understanding of the various technology methodologies that support it
  • Familiarity with SaaS products
  • Expertise using Excel to analyze data, including modeling and LOOKUP functions
  • Experience with technical software specification writing and documentation, particularly with writing user stories and test cases  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external business associates
  • High school diploma
